国外企业档案和企业档案管理研究综述

摘要

From three angles of the year,the lan-guage and the periodical distribution,the paper ana-lyzes the documents about enterprise archives and enterprise archives from 1937 to 2016, according to the horizontal axis of time development.The his-tory of its development is divided into three stages:starting, developing and maturing. And this paper analyzes the main research contents of each stage, obtains that the overseas enterprise archives and the enterprise archives management research evo-lution process have three characteristics: the theo-retical research and practical research are equally emphasized; diversified social forces gradually par-ticipate; cognition the value of enterprise archives is continuously expanding and brings some benefi-cial enlightenment to the research of our country enterprise archives and enterprise archives manage-ment.%本文从年度、语种和期刊分布三个角度分析了1937年至2016年有关国外企业档案和企业档案管理的相关文献,并以横向时间为发展轴线将国外企业档案和企业档案管理研究划分为起步、发展和成熟三个阶段,并阐述了国外企业档案和企业档案管理研究的历史演进具有理论研究与实践研究并重、多元化社会力量逐步参与、企业档案价值认知不断拓展的特点,希冀对我国企业档案和企业档案管理研究提供有益启示.
