摘要

The following aspects are tested for nitrogen - contained stainless steel 40Crl5Mo2VN and high - carbon chromium stainless steel G95Crl8, such as carbide distribution before quenching and tempering, microstructure after quenching and tempering, mechanical properties, contact fatigue life and anticorrosion performance,and the properties of steel 40Crl5Mo2VN are evaluated by comparison of the test data, which provides supporting data for this steel in bearing application.%对40Cr15 Mo2VN含氮不锈钢和G95Cr18高碳铬不锈钢淬回火前碳化物的分布情况,淬回火后的显微组织、力学性能、接触疲劳寿命及耐腐蚀性能等进行了试验,通过试验数据对比评价了40Cr15Mo2VN钢的性能,为该钢在轴承中的应用提供了数据支持.
