一种新型数控卧式加工中心分度工作台

摘要

The shortages of original NC horizontal machining center table is analyzed,and a new working turntable is designed.The slide guide is changed into rolling guide,and the one-way butterfly spring locking is changed into axial plunger friction locking.The hydro-cylinders fixed on the circumference is moved into the center of the rotating shaft,and is integrated with the centering bearing ring sleeve.The working table features high positioning accuracy and reliable locking.%分析原数控卧式加工中心工作台存在的不足,设计了一种新型工作转台.将滑动导轨改为滚动导轨,变单向碟簧锁紧为轴向柱塞摩擦片式锁紧,并把原圆周分布的拉压缸移到了转轴中心与定心轴承环套集成,使工作台定位精度提高,锁紧更加可靠.
