风场级风力发电机轴承在线监测系统

         

摘要

针对风电设备分布广泛、监控设备组织复杂及监测数据信息量大等特点,基于分布式风机在线监测通用架构构建了风场级风力发电机轴承远程在线监测系统。对设计中遇到的多层次监控对象组织、风机信号特征选择及数据库优化设计等问题进行了分析,并将系统应用于实际风场设备的监测与故障诊断,验证了系统架构设计的合理性、有效性和可拓展性。%Aiming at the wide distribution of wind power equipment,complex organization of monitoring equipment and massive throughput monitoring data,a wind turbine bearings remote online monitoring system for wind farms is proposed based on on -line monitoring general architecture for distributed wind turbines.The issues like multilayer monitoring objects organization,signal features selection and database optimization design are analyzed.The system is put into practical use to support the wind turbines monitoring and fault diagnosis and verify the accuracy,effectiveness and scal-ability of the system architecture design.
