考虑径向偏移的轴向永磁轴承力学特性分析

         

摘要

The rotation axis of axial permanent magnetic bearings with two rings will cause radial offset under working conditions.The magnetic analytic model for axial permanent magnetic bearings considering radial offset is established based on method of molecular current.The analytic formula containing quadruple integrals is derived,and the quadrup-le integrals are solved by approximate mathematical algorithm Monte Carlo method.The effect of radial offset on load carrying capacity for the bearings is discussed with practical examples.The results show that the axial load carrying ca-pacity will decrease,and the instability of radial load will increase with the increase of offset.The radial offset has greater impact on radial load carrying capacity,and other auxiliary supporting must be adopted for radial stability.%两环轴向永磁轴承在工作状态下两环旋转轴线会发生径向偏移,基于分子电流法建立考虑径向偏移的轴向永磁轴承的磁力解析模型,推导出含有四重积分的解析计算式,采用一种近似的数学算法蒙特卡洛法(又称M-C 法)求解四重积分,并用实例探讨径向偏移对轴向永磁轴承承载力的影响,结果表明:随偏移量的增加,轴向承载能力降低,径向承载的不稳定性增加;但径向偏移对径向承载能力影响更大,必须采用其他辅助支承使其径向稳定。
