特大型转盘轴承分度钻孔机

摘要

分析特大型转盘轴承安装孔的加工难点,介绍新开发转盘轴承分度钻孔机的研制过程,该机床充分考虑了轴承内、外圈钻孔时的安装定位及分度问题,实现了高速、高刚性和高效率加工安装孔,提高了孔加工的精度和生产效率.%The difficulties are analyzed for machining of installation holes of extra-large size slewing bearings,and the development of new dividing drilling machine for slewing bearings is introduced.The installation positioning and divid-ing during drilling holes on inner and outer rings of bearings is considered adequately.The high speed,high stiffness and high efficient machining is realized,and the precision and production efficiency are improved.
