The surface of 276927 bearing is measured to reveal the insufficient cushion ability of previous packaging after simulating transport test.According to test data of performance,cushion performance of the foamed polyurethane (AB),foamed Polyethylene (EPE) and corrugated paperboard package are researched,and the minimum thickness of cushion packaging is calculated.With the test results of free fall and sinusoidal vibration,the impact acceleration of bearing is reduced under the protection of AB.%通过检测模拟运输试验后的276927型轴承表面质量,揭示了其现有包装存在缓冲能力不足的缺陷,计算了发泡聚氨酯(AB料)、发泡聚乙烯(EPE)和瓦楞纸板3种包装缓冲材料的缓冲系数及衬垫的最小厚度.通过整体包装件自由跌落测试和正弦定频振动测试可知,采用发泡聚氨酯作为缓冲包装时,可有效降低轴承受到自由跌落及运输振动产生的加速度冲击.
