采用扫描电镜、能谱分析、显微硬度计、X射线衍射仪、X射线应力分析仪对断油试验失效的航空轴承进行微观组织和结构分析.结果表明:断油试验后,由于断油时沟道表面温度升高,影响区深度可达3 200 μm;失效轴承沟道次表层硬度明显下降,且沟道表面出现变形织构,表明沟道表面出现了塑性流动,其失效形式主要体现为粘着磨损.%The microstructure of failure aircraft bearings after oil interruption test are analyzed by SEM,EDS,microhardness tester,XRD and X-ray stress analyzer.The results show that the hardness of raceway subsurface of failure bearings is decreased significantly after oil interruption test due to temperature rise of raceway surface of failure bearing,and the affected zone depth is about 3 200 pm.The deformation texture is found in failure bearing rings,indicating that the plastic flow is presented on raceway surface.The failure mode is characterized mainly by adhesive wear.
