一种全自动高精度大型轴承外圈径向钻孔生产线

摘要

针对现有大型非标轴承外圈径向钻孔工序存在的生产成本高、效率低、稳定性差等问题,设计开发了一种全自动高精度大型轴承外圈径向钻孔生产线.通过设置桁架机械手将自动检测分选平台、全自动高精度立式钻孔机、毛刺去除机等生产设备组成生产线,实现了上料检测→自动钻孔→毛刺去除等多工序连续自动加工.实践表明,设计的生产线提升了大型轴承套圈的钻孔加工效率和精度,降低了生产成本.%Focusing on high production cost, low efficiency and poor stability during radial drilling of outer rings for large scale non-standard bearings, a fully automatic and high precision production line is designed and developed for radial drilling of outer rings for large scale bearings. The automatic detection sorting platform, fully automatic and high precision vertical drilling machine, deburring machine and other production equipments are composed of production line by setting truss manipulator. The continuous feeding detection, automatic drilling, burr removal and other processes are realized. The practice shows that the designed production line for drilling of rings for large scale bearings enhances processing efficiency and accuracy, and reduces production costs.
