案例教学法在医学遗传学教学改革中的应用∗

     

摘要

医学遗传学是一门横跨基础医学和临床医学的桥梁课程,西藏大学在该课程教学中引入案例教学法,整合优化教学内容,因“材”施教,精选案例;最大限度调动学生学习的积极性、主动性,激发他们的创造性;培养并提高学生分析问题、解决问题的能力,从而将知识传授和能力培养有机结合。%Medical Genetics is a course which serves as a bridge between basic medicine and clinical medicine. In teaching medical genetics, case-based method was used in Tibet University. where the teaching contents were integrated and optimized,the cases were used selectively,and the students were taught in accordance with the materials. It proved that students’ learning initiative was aroused and their creativity was developed;students’ problem-analyzing and solving ability was cultivated;and thus knowledge teaching and a-bility training were integrated well.
