肿瘤代谢的上游调控和下游效应

摘要

代谢失调是肿瘤发生的原因还是结果一直以来受到人们关注.最新的研究表明,肿瘤的代谢失调不但是肿瘤信号通路调节的结果,还可能是引发肿瘤的直接原因.代谢物失调导致的细胞信号通路以及对表观遗传性状的改变可以深刻影响细胞的生长特征.%Although metabolic disorder has been generally accepted as a mark of cancer, its causal relationship with tumorigenesis is still unclear. In addition to be the downstream of oncogenic pathways, metabolic disorder also could be upstream of oncogenesis. Metabolic disorder may affect cells features through altering epigenetic control and oncogenic signal pathways.
