CCD测宽仪在热轧板带中的应用

摘要

在热轧板带生产工艺中，宽度的控制尤为重要，准确的宽度控制可以提高成材率、降低损耗。钢板宽度的准确测量保证了宽度精确控制。介绍了宝钢特钢有限公司热轧厂引进的德国IMS公司的CCD测宽仪测量基本原理、系统构成、网络结构，研究分析了生产过程中影响测宽仪测量精度的各种因素，结合实时测量图像，针对出现的常见问题，提出了具体的解决方法。%In the production process of hot rolling strip , width control is especially important , accurate width control contributes to enhancing rolling yields and reducing the loss .Accurate width measurement of steel plate guarantees precise width control .Fundamental , system composition and network structure of CCD width gauge introduced from IMS Company in Germany by Baosteel Special Steel Company were presented .Diverse factors which affected the measurement accuracy were listed and analyzed , Then common problems were put forward and real-time measurement image was shown , ultimately the specific solutions were suggested .
