膜盒自动检测系统的设计与实现

摘要

为了实现对膜盒产品的性能检测,根据实际需求提出了检测原理方案.通过对检测系统的分析,进行了控制器硬件及在控制器上运行的嵌入式软件和工控机上运行的检测软件的设计与实现.实际应用表明该系统达到设计指标,满足产品检测要求.%In order to realize performance test for membrane - box products, a method based on reality demand was proposed. The auto -testing system was analyzed. The controlling hardware was designed. The embedded software was programmed based on controller.The test software was programmed based on a computer. The applied results show the effectiveness of the satisfied requirements.
