汽车混合励磁发电机的开发

             

摘要

汽车用混合励磁发电机既具有永磁发电机损耗小、效率高的优点,又具有电励磁发电机良好的电磁调节特性,在汽车电源系统中有着重要的应用价值.本文中设计出双径向永磁与凸极电磁形成并联磁路结构的组合式转子,以及气隙磁场中的高次谐波含量低、定子铁芯涡流损耗少的分数槽绕组定子.利用磁场有限元分析软件对混合励磁发电机磁场进行了建模和仿真,结果表明,通过调节通入凸极转子电励磁绕组电流的大小和方向、进而调节气隙中磁场密度,混合励磁发电装置可在宽转速、宽负载范围内输出稳定的电压.%Hybrid excitation generator for vehicles has the advantages of both the small loss and high effi-ciency of permanent-magnet generators and the good magnetic regulation characteristic of electromagnetic generators, so has important application value in vehicle power system. In this paper, the compound rotor with parallel magnetic structure formed by double-radial permanent magnet and salient-pole electromagnet and the fractional slot winding stator with low high-order harmonic content and less eddy-current loss in gap magnetic field are designed. A model for hybrid excitation generator is established with simulation conducted using magnetic field FEA software. The re-sults show that the generator can output stable voltage in wide ranges of speed and load by adjusting the magnitude and direction of excitation current in the electromagnetic winding of salient-pole rotor, and hence changing the mag-netic field density in air gap.
