为解决某型汽车减振器支架在道路试验中发生开裂的问题,通过整车多体动力学分析进行悬架多工况载荷提取,并结合焊缝S/N疲劳曲线进行减振器支架寿命分析.在对优化前后的减振器支架进行分析的基础上,根据焊缝疲劳和强度对其进行结构改进设计和实车路试验证.结果表明,优化后的减振器支架在后续路试中未发生失效开裂,说明基于悬架多工况下的结构焊缝疲劳和强度分析具有很好的可靠性和适用性.%To solve the cracking problem of the shock absorber bracket of a vehicle happened in road test, its loads in several conditions are extracted by vehicle multi-body dynamics analysis and a service life analysis of shock absorber bracket is conducted based on the S/N fatigue curve of welds. On the basis of analyses on shock ab-sorber bracket before and after optimization, a modification design of its structure is carried out, which is then veri-fied by real vehicle road test. The results show that the shock absorber bracket optimized does not crack in subse-quent road test, demonstrating good reliability and applicability of multi-condition fatigue and strength analyses on the welds of suspension.
