天然气计量网络监控系统的设计与实现

             

摘要

Natural gas metering is the basis of guiding scientific organization, deployment, control and patrol during production and marketing. In order to cocentrate management on automatic metering system of each station, achieve remote transmission and share of metering data, and real-time monitoring on production datas, design and realization method of network monitoring system for natural gas metering based on PLC is introduced. The design optimize metering model, complete network formation of each automatic metering system and upload local metering data to remote server. The user is able to finish real-time analysis, monitoring and management on local metering data through intranet and B/S model, timely know the local operation status, achieve metering informatization construction. At the same time, the system is highly reliable and compatible, MTTF is extended, which is helpful for later maintenance.%天然气计量是生产经营过程中指导科学组织、调配、控制和巡线的依据.为了对各站场自动计量系统集中管理,实现计量数据的远传共享,对生产数据实时监控,以PLC为基础介绍了天然气计量网络监控系统的设计和实现方法.该设计优化了计量模式,利用Intranet完成各站场自动计量系统的组网和现场计量数据到远端服务器的上传.用户通过局域网以B/S模式实现对现场计量数据实时分析和监控管理,可以及时掌握现场运行状态,完成计量信息化建没.同时,该系统具有可靠性高、兼容性强等特点,平均无故障时间得到延长,方便后续维护工作.
