直流式背压阀在液化石油气计量系统中的应用

摘要

Mass flow meter adapted in commerce metering must ensure front pressure of flow meter is higher than stipulated minimum pressure to avoid generation of gas-liquid two phases flow.The calculation method for minimum metering pressure and pressure control system for flow metering for LPG are introduced.The principle,structure and application of self-reliance back pressure valve which is applicable for metering system are expounded.The valve complies with requirements of related metering standard in China,metering accuracy requirement is met,the valve is worthy of popularization and application.%采用质量流量计进行贸易交接计量,必须保证流量计前压力大于规定的最小压力,以避免产生气液两相流.介绍了液化石油气(LPG)的最小测量压力的计算方法、流量计量的压力控制系统,并对适用于计量系统的自力式背压阀的原理、结构、应用进行了阐述.该阀符合中国有关计量标准的规定,满足了计量精度的要求,具有推广应用价值.
