电网智能预警系统的设计与实现

摘要

If switch is tripped by protection action in the power system,there is Considerable influence on the network users ;This paper proposes the design of Intelligent pre-Warning System for provincial Power Grid,the design will solvel the problem which supervision and control system does not find the hidden fault and passively monitoring shortage, the design can acitvely observe the real-time state ,find hidden fault and abnormal,reduce the accident rate, improve the stability and reliability of provincial Power Grid.%针对目前电力系统中的继电保护在对故障部分被动跳闸，以保护系统安全稳定的同时，已经对用户造成相当的影响现状；为此本文提出一种针对电网信息的智能预警系统设计方案，解决了电网监控技术中存在的监控内容被动型、难以及时发现电网存在的安全隐患的缺点，实现了对电网实时信息的主动型监控，提前发现处理电网的异常、故障，大大的降低了电网事故的发生率，提高了电网的稳定性、可靠性。
