基于加权小波的电网广域监测系统的同步相角测量算法

     

摘要

针对电网广域监测系统中存在的相角测量难题,本文提出了一种基于加权小波的相量测量算法。该算法利用细分方案和平均递推插值方法构造一类新的具有加权性质的小波,对相角进行预测。细分过程是根据一定的拓扑规则与几何规则作用于初始信号而产生新的信号,并不断重复这一过程直到生成光滑的极限信号。该算法不仅能够得到整个电力系统的实时相角,而且能够避免由传统傅里叶算法引起的测量误差。最后通过仿真验证了该算法的有效性。%Aiming to the difficult problem in phase angle measurement of Wide Area Measurement System, a Phasor Measurement algorithm based on weighted wavelet is proposed.The new wavelet with weighted nature is structured by Subdivision Scheme and Average Recursive Interpolation method.It’s used to predict the phase angle.Subdivision is one process that acts a certain topology rules and geometric rules on the initial signal and then generates a new signal.This process is repeated until produce a smooth limit signal.This algorithm is not only able to get the entire power system real-time phase angle and can be avoided the measurement error caused by Traditional Fourier algorithm.Finally, the simulation results show the effectiveness of the algorithm.
