激光淬火技术在立式真空泵上的应用

摘要

针对某装置立式真空泵活塞杆易于磨损这一故障，本文分析了激光淬火技术的优点及具体应用步骤。采用激光淬火技术，成功解决了活塞杆表面硬度低的问题；并通过试验，找到了优化后的激光淬火参数，为该技术在检修设备上的应用积累了宝贵经验。%The vertical vacuum pump piston rod for a device is easy to wear. This paper analyzes the advantages and the concrete application steps of laser quenching technology. Through the adoption of laser quenching technique, the problem of low hardness of the piston rod surface is successful y solved. In the experiment, the optimized parameters of laser quenching is found, which helps to accumulate valuable experience for the application of the technique on the maintenance of the equipments.
