4G无线网告警信息及派单规则专家管理系统研究与实践

摘要

4G无线网告警数据作为信息通信网络集中监控和故障管理的信息源，其数据质量直接影响着网络运维服务质量。本文首先论述了4G无线网告警信息标准化及派单规则标准化体系构建的价值作用和管理层次规划；对4G无线网告警信息标准化流程和4G无线网告警派单规则标准化流程进行了分析讨论；通过4G无线网告警信息标准化及派单规则标准化系统的工程化探索实践，有效提升了4G无线网告警信息标准化及派单规则标准化的专家知识积累、系统智能水平和流程规范程度。%The 4G mobile wireless network alarm data is information source of information communication network centralized monitoring and fault management. The quality of the network operation and maintenance is influenced by the data quality. The value function and management-level design alarm information and worksheet rule standardization system architecture is discussed in this paper. The expert knowledge accumulated, the system intelligence level and the extent of process specification has been improved by the 4G mobile wireless network alarm information, the worksheet rule standardization, and expert management system.
