基于PLC与模糊PI算法的退火炉温度控制系统

摘要

This paper introduces a kind of industrial annealing furnace control system based on PLC and fuzzy PI,on the basis of the PLC,the control system adopts PC+PLC master-slave control structure,to composition an economical and reliable industrial furnace control system,in the high temperature environment,can accurately control temperature, meet the process requirements. PC using configuration software online shows real-time picture of the furnace and the main parameters, make control more convenient and direct.%介绍了一种基于PLC与模糊PI的工业退火炉控制系统,在PLC的基础上采用模糊PI算法,控制系统采用PC+PLC的主从控制结构,组成一种经济可靠的工业加热炉控制系统,在高温环境里,能准确地控制温度,达到所需工艺的要求.PC采用组态王软件将炉膛内的实时画面和主要参数等在线显示,使控制更加方便直接.通过实际使用,验证设计具有控制精度高、实用性强、操作简便和经济效益好的优点.
