阻抗控制在钢包炉电极调节系统中的应用

         

摘要

电极调节系统是钢包炉的核心和关键子系统,针对电极调节系统强偶合、非线性、多扰动的特点,设计一种阻抗控制器,通过阻抗反馈控制、过流前馈控制、短路前馈控制等控制手段,提高电极调节的稳定性和灵敏性.建立电弧加热供电制度,优化计算阻抗设定值,提高加热效率,改善功率因数,降低电能消耗.所述阻抗控制器和电弧加热供电制度已在湘钢5m宽厚板厂钢包炉工程中应用并取得良好的控制效果.%The electrode regulation system is the key and core sub-system of ladle refining furnace.Considering the strong coupling,nonlinear,multiple disturbance characteristics in the electrode regulation system,design a impedancerncontroller to improve both stability and sensitivity by using impedance feedback control,over current forward controlrnand short circuit forward control methods etc. Further more .setup a power supply rule of arc heating to improvernheating efficiency, increase power factor, decrease electric power consumption by optimization computing of impedancernset point. The impedance controller and power supply rule have been used successfully in the ladle refining furnacernproject for 5m heavy plate steel plant of Xiangtan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd.
