基于VMD的轴承故障定子电流信号诊断

     

摘要

该文利用定子电流的分析方法对轴承的主要故障机理和特征进行分析.在Matlab/Simulink下,建立一个仿真模型来模拟故障状态下定子电流的变换情况,利用变分模态分解法VMD和经验模态分解法EMD来分别提取电流信号中一些微弱的故障信息进行对比.同时,与搭建的模拟试验台所采集到的故障定子电流信号进行对比分析.结果表明VMD方法能够从电流信号中分解出轴承的故障信息,并且克服了EMD方法存在的模态混叠和伪分量的问题,是一种处理滚动轴承故障的有效方法.%In this paper,the main fault mechanism and characteristics of the bearing are analyzed by using the stator current analysis method,under Matlab/Simulink,a simulation model is built to simulate the stator current transformation in the fault state,by using the variational mode decomposition method and the empirical mode decomposition method,some weak fault information in the current signals are extracted and compared.At the same time,the stator current signals collected by the simulation test platform are compared and analyzed.The results show that the VMD method can decompose the fault information of the bearing from the current signal,and overcome the problem of model aliasing and pseudo component existing in the EMD method.It is an effective method to deal with the fault of rolling bearings.
