Based on the HAZOP analysis of the alkane dehydrogenation plant,the steps of HAZOP is discussed,and the analysis method and principle are illustrated with examples.Focuses on the node division,determine the deviation,deviation cause and consequence analysis,risk assessment and safety measures analysis in HAZOP,and through the proposed measures to improve the level of intrinsic safety device.%该文通过对烷烃脱氢装置的危险与可操作性HAZOP分析,论述了HAZOP方法的应用步骤,并对分析方法和原则结合实例进行说明.重点介绍了HAZOP分析中节点划分、偏离确定、偏离原因和后果分析、风险评估、安全措施分析,并通过建议措施来提高装置的本质安全水平.
