在线分析仪在循环流化床锅炉装置中的应用

循环流化床锅炉工艺复杂,需设置在线分析仪监测锅炉给水、炉水、燃煤热效率、大气污染物排放等工艺指标,这对锅炉的安全运行、节能减排有着重要意义.该文结合实际工程,通过对循环流化床锅炉装置在线分析仪表及分析系统的设计,包括对取样点、取样传输、取样流程、样品预处理系统的介绍,论述在线分析系统在循环流化床锅炉装置中的应用.%The process of circulating fluidized bed boiler is complex,it needs to set the online analysis instrument monitor the boiler feed water,boiler water,coal-fired thermal effficiency,emissions of air pollutants and other process indicators,which has an important significance for the boiler in running safety and reducing emission.Combined with the actual project of our factory,through the design of the online analysis instrument and analytic system of the circulating fluidized bed boiler,including the introduction of sampling point,sampling transmission,sampling process,sample pretreatment system,discussing the application of online analysis instrument system in the circulating fluidized bed boiler process.
