以高速电磁开关阀快速关闭的关键技术为研究对象,针对现有高速电磁开关阀关闭时间不能令人满意的问题,采用理论分析和试验研究相结合的方法,深入分析了提高高速电磁开关阀的关闭特性.提出了在高速电磁开关阀关闭过程中,通过检测线圈两端电压,动态调整续流支路电阻值,提高线圈放电速度;构建了高速电磁开关阀线圈放电速度电路及其控制系统.试验验证了该系统能够加快电流的下降速度,提高高速电磁开关阀的关闭特性.%The key technology of high speed Solenoid valve rapid closing as the research object,aiming at the existing high-speed solenoid valve closing time unsatisfactory problems,a combination of theoretical analysis and experimental research is used,and closing characteristics of high speed electromagnetic shutoff are analyzed in depth.In the process of closing the high speed electromagnetic switch valve,the resistance value of the continuous flow branch is dynamically adjusted by detecting the voltage at both ends of the coil,and the discharge speed of the coil is improved.The discharge speed circuit and control system of high speed electromagnetic switch valve coil are constructed.The test verifies that the system can accelerate the decrease of current and improve the closing characteristic of high-speed electromagnetic switch valve.
