可视化环境下的配电网操作票通用化实现

摘要

A summary on the current situation of forming the operation-order-sheet of a power system with expert system knowledge is presented. The difficulties to realize its universality are explained and a set of solutions is designed. A framework is set up in which switches and breakers' operations are treated as the main clue, and then by trailing post system operation status, operations of protection and automation devices are triggered. With the framework all operations can be obtained. The procedure of the method is particularly focused on operation objects created first, then order rules formed through summarizing regulations. Visualization and object-oriented techniques are also adopted in the application.%就专家系统形成电网操作指令的现状进行了总结。针对配电网操作票通用化的难点所在，给出了一套解决方案。提出以刀闸、开关操作为主，在逐步模拟操作中通过系统运行状态跟踪方法触发保护、自动化设置操作和其他操作，进而形成全部操作动作的框架。特别提出了先形成操作动作，再按规则归约、形成最终操作指令的方法。在应用中采用了可视化、面向对象技术。
