广域后备保护系统的自适应跳闸策略

         

摘要

The construction of smart grid requires that the relay protection especially backup protection must have better adaptability. The paper proposed a self-adaptive minimum fault isolation method based on the fault location diagnosed by Centralized Substation Backup Protection System. The method for searching breaker tripping sequence based on Petri net is proposed. It can accurately find the breakers need to trip in local backup protection, breaker failure protection and remote backup protection and has good adaptability to different main connections and different operation modes. Centralized backup protection system forms the tripping strategy based on the position of fault element, the breaks status and operating signal of protection. It can isolate the fault quickly and minimize the blackout zone.%智能电网建设迫切要求继电保护尤其是后备保护具有更好的适应性,文中在故障位置已被变电站集中式后备保护诊断出来的基础上,研究后备保护自适应最小范围隔离故障的方法.提出的基于Petri网的断路器跳闸序列搜索方法能正确找出变电站集中式后备保护在实现近后备保护、断路器失灵保护及远后备保护情况下需要跳开的断路器,且对变电站主接线形式及运行方式有很好的适应性.集中式后备保护系统根据故障元件位置、保护状态及断路器状态来执行相应的跳闸策略,能实现快速和最小范围的故障隔离.
