短时停电及其经济损失的估算

摘要

The causes and characteristics of short interruption and its impact on customers are analyzed.The implication of short interruption is described and suggestions on the definition of short interruption in China are proposed.Through questionnaire and customers interview,an investigation is conducted on the distribution network short interruption situation and relevant customers' short interruption cost in a coastal city.An appraisal method for customers' short interruption cost is proposed.The relationship between the customer cost and the duration of short interruption is dealt with and the characteristics of customers' short interruption cost are indicated.%分析了短时停电发生的原因、特性及其对用户造成的影响,阐述了短时停电的含义并对国内短时停电的定义提出了建议。通过调查问卷和用户走访,对某沿海城市配电网短时停电情况及其对用户造成的经济损失进行了调研,提出了短时停电损失的估算方法,同时得出了该市短时停电时间与经济损失的关系,揭示了短时停电损失的特点。
