基于差别电量的中长期发电调度分步模型

             

摘要

针对实施差别电量及电网安全运行条件等中长期发电调度中的关键问题,对应用于机组组合问题的Benders分解法进行改进,建立了兼顾求解效率和优化特性的基于差别电量的中长期发电调度分步模型,并通过协调参数的逐步修正实现分解的主问题与子问题之间的相互匹配从而求得原问题的优化解。针对某实际电力系统利用差别电量实施节能发电调度的情况,分别进行中期和长期发电调度的仿真计算,结果证明了该分步模型优化结果的可行性和求解速度的高效性。%In view of such key problems in the medium and long term power dispatch as the electricity quantities with differences, power grid safe operation conditions, and by improving the Benders decomposition applied in the unit commitment problem, a two-stage medium and long term power dispatch model based on electricity quantities with differences is proposed considering both the solving efficiency and optimized characteristics. The gradual process of coordinated parameter correction is presented to match the master and slave problem so as to obtain the optimized solution for the original problem. Based on an actual application case of electricity quantities with differences in a regional power system in China to realize energy saving power dispatch, the feasibility and solving efficiency of the two-stage model proposed is demonstrated through simulations of medium and long term power dispatch.
