具有限流功能的串联电压源型逆变器研究评述

     

摘要

The grid is becoming increasingly flexible and controllable with the extensive application of the power electronic equipment including the series voltage source inverter (SVSI).However,it is important to protect these devices under the short-circuit fault.This paper reviews researches on series voltage source inverters with fault current-limiting (SVSI-FCL) function.Based on the safety analysis of these devices,the review introduces the concept of SVSI-FCLF.It suggests classifying SVSI-FCL into two groups: the control scheme optimization group and the existing topology improvement group.Then,an emerging technology is introduced in detail.Finally,the key issues and the application prospect of the SVSI-FCL are addressed.The review aims to draw attention to SVSI-FCL research and call for new ideas to be contributed to extend and enrich the available pool of SVSI-FCL concepts.%含串联电压源型逆变器(SVSI)的电力电子装置使得电网更加灵活、可控,然而,电网短路故障下的此类电力电子装置保护问题研究十分重要.在分析含串联电压源型逆变器常见设备类型安全性问题的基础上,提出了具有限流功能的串联电压源型逆变器(SVSI-FCL)概念;从控制策略优化、拓扑结构改进两个方面,详细评述了国内外相关SVSI-FCL的研究进展,重点介绍了一种新兴的SVSI-FCL技术.在此基础上,总结了SVSI-FCL系统研制的关键问题.最后,探讨了SVSI-FCL装置的应用前景.
