基于数字信号处理的γ仪器谱合成方法研究

摘要

本文提出一种基于数字信号处理的γ仪器谱合成方法,可将在相同测量条件下阵列探测器测得的不同仪器谱进行准确的合成.该方法可应用于NaI(Tl)或HPGe探测器组成的阵列探测器γ仪器谱的合成及其它需进行仪器谱合成的场合.%A synthesis method of y ray instrument spectrum based on digital signal processing was proposed in this paper, and different instrument spectra measured by array detector could be synthesized accurately by the method. The method can be applied to the synthesis of y ray instrument spectrum measured by Nal(Tl) or HPGe array detector and to other occasions needing to synthesize instrument spectrum.
