Through analysis of the field test,cotton with drip irrigation under mulch,the article studied the response between water and fertilizer for crop yields,nutrients uptake,fertilizer recovery and water use,as well as the effect on the available N and P of soil. The results showed that in the unfertile soil with water tress beth water and fertilizer had the effects on yield increase Of the two kinds of fertilizers. The N fertilizer played a more remarkable role. while FA was depended on water supply and application of N fertilizer. Both irrigation and fertilization increased crop yield and therefore the positive interaction existed between them. A very significant relationship was found between irrigation ration and fertilizer ration. Therefore, it was proposed that the optimal scheme of waterfertilizer coupling was irrigation quantity ranging between 3 300 - 3 900 m^3/hm^2. N fertilization amount ranging between 225-300 kg/hm^2, and fulvie acid amount was 45 - 90 kg/hm^2.%在新疆北疆低肥力地区,以膜下滴灌棉花为对象,设置了水肥双因子的大田试验,研究了水肥配合对作物产量、养分吸收、养分及水分利用效率以及对土壤有效氮、磷的影响。研究表明,在旱薄地上,水肥皆有增产效果,在2种肥料中,氮肥效果更显著,作物产量随氮肥增加而显著增加,而FA效果大小则和氮肥配合、灌水量有密切关系。灌水、施肥之间有明显的正交互作用。不同肥料配合也有明显交互作用,大小因灌水而不同。作物耗水量与产量之间存在最佳耦合值:灌水量为3300~3900m^3/hm^2,施氮量为225~300kg/hm^2,黄腐酸施用量为45~90k/hm^2。
