超高层建筑爬升式塔式起重机拆卸及屋面起重机基础加固技术

         

摘要

A super high-rise building height is 309m and the main tower is 59 layers.It adopts two external hanging and interior climbing tower cranes for vertical transportation.After the main tower sealing its roof and core-tube jacking formwork demolition,one climbing tower crane dismantles the other climbing tower crane,and installing four roof hangs on the roof,the last climbing tower crane and four roof hangs step-by-step dismantles from large to small,the WQ2 roof hang is manual dismantled at last.The structure integral displacement and vertical displacement are less under three conditions for JCD6059 and WQ20 foundation.The maximum deformations difference are 5.1mm and 1.6mm for WQ8 and WQ2 reinforced foundation,it less than L/1000 and meets the deformation requirement.%某超高层建筑主塔楼59层,建筑高309m,垂直运输采用2台外挂内爬式动臂塔式起重机.待主塔楼结构封顶及顶模系统拆除完成后,由一台爬升式塔式起重机拆除另一台爬升式塔式起重机,再在屋顶安装4台屋面起重机并由大到小逐级拆卸,最后用人工拆卸WQ2屋面起重机.JCD6059和WQ20基础在3种状态下结构整体的位移与竖向位移均较小;加固后的WQ8和WQ2基础最大变形差分别为5.1mm和1.6mm,小于L/1 000,满足变形要求.
