我国高校基建管理部门中存在的内控制度不完善,管理基础薄弱,专业人员缺乏等问题.结合实际工程案例,对高校建设项目从立项到设计、招投标、施工、竣工验收、结算审核的全过程中,造价控制可能出现的问题逐一进行了分析,并提供了针对性的解决策略.在增强高校基建部门自身管理和内部控制能力的同时,合理利用第三方专业咨询单位及BIM技术信息化方面的优势,确保建设资金的高效利用,达到预期的建设目标.%Domestic department for college infrastructure construction management is facing some problems, such as uncompleted internal control system, weak management basis and lack of special management people, etc. Practical engineering cases were introduced to analyze possible problems one by one in construction cost control in the full life cycle of college infrastructure construction project, including project approval, design, bid and bidding, construction, completion acceptance and settlement audit, etc. Proper solutions were proposed to increase the internal management and control of domestic department for college infrastructure construction. Meanwhile, the third party special consultation unit and BIM technique shall be reasonably used to ensure the effective utilization of construction fund and to successfully reach the construction objective.
