青岛银座中心南塔楼结构抗震性能分析

摘要

青岛银座中心南塔楼为一栋高度为185.45m的超限高层建筑.结构设计时采用两个不同程序对结构进行计算,各项计算指标均满足规范要求.基于抗震性能设计目标,对整体结构进行了罕遇地震下的静力弹塑性分析,结果表明,主体结构能保证较好的工作状态.%South tower of Qingdao Inzone Center is a 185.45m-high out-of-limit high-rise building. After structural calculation by using two different methods, it is proved that various calculation indices satisfy the requirements of relevant codes. Static pushover analysis under rare earthquake is carried out for the whole structure according to the seismic design objectives. The analysis result indicates that main structure of the project can guarantee favorable service state.
