PK预应力混凝土叠合板在某工程中的应用

摘要

某综合楼采用一种新型建筑体系的楼盖——PK预应力混凝土叠合板,分析了PK板的主要技术性能和PK板的设计与选用.与目前普遍采用的现浇钢筋混凝土楼盖相比,预应力混凝土叠合楼盖具有工厂化制作、规模化生产、大量节省人工的特点.在工程应用中,施工速度较快,建筑质量可控性高,大量节约了脚手架、模板,降低了噪声污染并减少了建筑垃圾.%PK prestressed concrete sandwich panel, a new architectural roof system, is adopted in a general building project. Analysis is made on main technical performances, design and selection of such PK panel. Compared with cast -in -place reinforced concrete roof which is frequently used at present, the prestressed concrete sandwich roof has many new characteristics, such as it could be processed at factory and be produced in mass and could also save great labor forces. In engineering application, it has fast construction speed and high quality controllability, so scaffold and formwork could be effectively saved, noise pollution and building waste be obviously reduced.
