外墙氟碳金属漆施工技术及质量控制

摘要

Aluminium plastic plate -like fluorocarbon metallic paint is durable and resistant against corrosion, salt mist and acid rain, having high imitation of gusset plate. It could successfully reduce aluminium consumption and construction cost. The external wall of Beijing Guoxuan International Research and Development Center is decorated by using fluorocarbon metallic paint. During the construction, working processes are established to control the quality of raw materials and special measures for prevention of crack, bubbling and color difference are adopted to control the construction quality.%仿铝塑板氟碳金属漆耐腐蚀、盐雾、酸雨,使用期限长,仿扣板效果逼真,可避免铝材消耗,降低建设成本.北京国轩国际研发中心工程外墙采用氟碳金属漆装饰,施工中制定了操作工艺,对原材料质量,防裂缝、起泡、色差等采取针对性措施,控制了施工质量.
