国际老年人居住政策导向浅析

摘要

国家的福利制度构建和福利水平高低直接决定了老年人居住政策导向的方向选择，本文在政策导向与建设实践间建立应有联系，并根据政府与市场的不同角色，将世界主要国家及地区的老年人居住政策导向加以系统归类。在此基础上重点分析和探讨我国当前相关政策法规体系中存在的问题，结合现实国情和国家发展战略方向，对我国老年人居住政策导向加以合理定位，并提出针对性的政策建议。%Welfare state and the welfare level directly determine the choice of the elderly dwel ing policy guidance. This paper linked necessary contact between policy guidance and construction practice. According to the different roles of government and market, the elderly dwel ing policies guidance of major countries and regions in the world were classified. On this basis, a deep research was made on the issues concerning Chinese coordinating policy and law system. Combined with the reality and the national development strategy, the cor esponding policy guidance was rational oriented and pertinence suggestions were of ered.
