OSBIM概念及其在住宅建筑节能计算中的应用途径

摘要

In the world of increasingly tense international energy use, energy-saving is the inevitable trend of residential design and development in the new century. In the energy-eficient residential building design, energy eficiency calculation is the key to design implementation. But in the curent energy calculations work, many issues exist. It has an urgent need for innovative, efficient, and easy operation method as wel as technical ideas. In this situation, based on the study of BIM and non-BIM software’s application in practices, this paper proposed an open, selective BIM (OSBIM) concept, explained its connotations, and analyzed its application feasibility.%在世界能源日趋紧张的国际大背景下，节能是新世纪住宅设计发展的主旨和必然趋势。在住宅节能设计中，节能计算是具体落实住宅节能设计的关键。但在当前的节能计算工作中存在很多问题，迫切需要创新性的、有效率的、易于操作的方法和技术思路。针对此种情况，本研究在剖析BIM类和非BIM类软件在实际应用中问题的基础上，提出开放的、选择性BIM（OSBIM）的概念，阐述其内涵意义，并且对其应用途径进行可行性分析。
