西安市老旧住区养老设施设计研究

摘要

通过西安市养老需求调查,分析老旧住区中养老服务设施建设的发展与现状问题;并以西安市三十街坊为例,在实地调研基础上,以满足老年人居住生活和公共生活诉求为目标,通过植入多功能复合型养老设施的设计,探讨老旧住区配置养老服务设施的模式和设计方法.%Based on a survey of demands of the elderly people,the paper studies the development and related problems of current situations of service facilities for the elderly in old residential districts.Taking the 30th residential block in Xi'an as an example,it explores new modes and design methods of placing service facilities for the elderly in old residential districts by means of planting multifunctional facilities in design,as a result of field survey with the objective to meet the demands of the private and collective life of the elderly.
