为了制备环境友好型材料,研究了微波和超声波辅助条件下半纤维素柠檬酸酯的制备.结果表明,微波和超声波能够加快半纤维素改性的反应速率,微波功率为460 W,处理时间为3 min,柠檬酸为0.01 mol,DMAP为0.2 g时,产量达到最大值;超声波功率为25 W,处理时间为20 min,柠檬酸为0.01 mol,DMAP为0.2 g时,产量达到最大值.FTIR、<'1>H NMR、DSC分析,表明半纤维素与柠檬酸酯化后的产物具有很高的粘性和韧性,采用其作膜材料和粘合剂具有很高的环境保护作用.%In order to make environment-friendly materials,preparation of hemicellulose-citric ester was studied under microwave and ultrasonic conditions. Results indicated the use of microwave and ultrasonic treatment increased modification rate. When microwave power was 460 W, the processing time was 3 min,citric acid was 0. 01 mol,DMAP was 0. 2 g, the yield reached the maximum;when ultrasonic power was 25 W,the processing time was 20 min , citric acid was 0. 01 mol,DMAP was 0. 2 g, the yield reached the maximum. The analysis of FTIR,1H NMR and DSC showed that the product had high viscosity and toughness, and its use of membrane materials and adhesives did have high environmental protection role.
