氢化物发生原子荧光法同时测定土壤中痕量汞和铋

     

摘要

The soil sample was digested by waterbath digestion method with colorimeter. The mercury and bismuth in soil were detected by atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Relative coefficients were 0. 999 9( for Hg) ,0. 999 5( for Bi) . Detection limits were 0. 003 mg/kg( for Hg) ,0. 01 mg/kg( for Bi). The recovery was 95% ~ 105 % . The relative standard deviations were 2. 5 % ~ 7 . 4% . The precision and accuracy were satisfied. The results showed that this method had some advantages such as speedness conveniency, good veracity and high sensitivity etc. It was a good detect method.%采用比色管水浴分解土壤样品,以氢化物原子荧光法同时测定土壤中的铋和汞[1],相关系数分别为Hg0.999 9和Bi 0.999 5,检出限分别为Hg0.003 m/kg、Bi 0.01 m/kg,回收率在95%~105%,相对标准偏差在2.5~7.4%,精密度和准确度实验结果满意.结果表明,该方法具有快速、方便、准确性好、灵敏度高等优点,是较好的测定方法.
