铁含量测定方法比较研究

     

摘要

Taking 2,2' -bipyridine, 1,10-phenanthroline as chromogenic reagents,the corresponding spec-trophotometric determination of iron content of the sensitivity, linear range and the interference of multiple common cations were studied. The results showed that for the interference ions Cu2+ ,Ni2+ and Zn2+ ,the 2,2'-bipyridine spectrophotometry anti-jamming ability was stronger; when linear correlation coefficient in the regression equation was the same,l ,10-phenanthroline spectrophotometry had high sensitivity, 2,2'-bipyridine spectrophotometry had wide linear range. Under certain conditions, results were the reference to choose the methods.%依次以2,2’-联吡啶和1,10-菲哕啉为显色剂,研究了对应的测定铁含量的光度法的灵敏度、线性范围及常见阳离子的干扰倍数.结果显示,对干扰离子Cu2+、Ni2+及Zn2+而言,2,2’-联吡啶分光光度法的抗干扰能力较强;在回归方程线性相关系数相同的前提下,1,10-菲哕啉光度法灵敏度较高,2,2’-联吡啶分光光度法的线性范围较宽.研究结果对在一定条件下,更合理地选用测定方法,有一定的指导意义.
