Based on the date analysis of cycle water and scale composition, trend evaluation of encrustment and scaling mechanism were studied. The results indicated that the cycle water has a high content of alkalinity and rigidity. Trend evaluation of encrustment were the same by using Langlier Saturation Index,Ryz-nar Stability Index and Puckorious Scaling Index. The scale was mainly composed of calcium (magnesium) carbonate, organism and some trace elements. The high temperature and high concentration of cycle water when gas extraction pump working proves to be the main reason were liable for the scaling.%通过对新庄孜煤矿瓦斯抽采泵用循环水和垢样主要组分的分析,研究了泵用循环水的结垢趋势和成垢机制.结果表明,新庄孜煤矿瓦斯抽采泵用循环水硬度和碱度均偏高,Langlier饱和指数、Ryznar稳定指数和Puckorious结垢指数对循环水结垢趋势预测一致,循环水具有较严重的结垢倾向.水垢的主要成分为钙镁碳酸盐,同时存在少量锈垢和有机质.成垢机制分析表明,泵内水垢的形成主要是由于循环水在泵体内经高温浓缩,进而结晶析出所致.
