聚醚聚硅氧烷消泡剂的制备及其在液体洗涤剂中的应用研究

摘要

The high effective emulsion antifoaming agent was prepared from siloxane-oxyalkylene,suitable emulsifier and carrier. Three new liquid detergent were received by combining the antifoaming agent with A, B and C clothing detergent separately, its defoaming, antifoaming effection and detergence were investigated. The results indicated that when the antifoaming agent in liquid detergent of 6‰~8‰,the new liquid detergent exhibited good defoaming,antifoaming and detergence performance.%以聚醚接枝聚硅氧烷为消泡剂,加入适宜的乳化剂、载体,制备高效乳液消泡剂.考察了消泡剂和市售A、B、C三种常用液体洗涤剂复配的消泡、抑泡消泡效果和对洗涤剂去污力的影响.结果表明,消泡剂添加量为6‰～8‰时,洗涤剂消泡、抑泡效果最佳,去污力不受影响.
