合成了AM/AMPS/SSS/NVP四元共聚物降滤失剂,加入高温稳定剂JPG,提高了降滤失剂的抗温能力.室内钻井液测试与评价结果表明,加入温度稳定剂后,共聚物降滤失剂抗温能力由180℃提高220℃,在220℃仍能保护良好的降滤失性能;温度稳定剂对钻井液体系高温老化前后黏度影响较小,钻井液流变性能良好;温度稳定剂的加入对降滤失剂抗盐、抗钙能力影响不大.%Synthesised the fluid loss additive AM/AMPS/SSS/NVP,a high temperature stabilizer JPG was added to improve the ability of temperature-resistance.Experimental study was conducted on drilling fluid testing and evaluation.The results showed that the addition of temperature stabilizer,improved the temperature resistant ability from 180 ℃ to 220 ℃,the fluid loss additive AM/AMPS/SSS/NVP can still protect good filtrate reducer performance in the 220 ℃.Also,temperature stabilizer made small difference on viscosity affect of drilling fluid system before and after the high-temperature aging,good rheological properties of drilling fluid;temperature stabilizer had no difference on the salt and calcium resistant capacity.
