臭氧氧化处理模拟印染废水

     

摘要

Through the treatment of acid orange,direct yellow and direct rose dye wastewater by ozone oxidation.Discussing the influence of reaction time,temperature,pH and concentration,etc.on treatment effect.The results show that:For the three kinds of dyes,the greater the pH,treatment effect is better.In the pH =13,the treatment efficiency of acid orange,direct yellow and direct rose by ozone is 90.9%,91.1%,89.7%.In the concentration of 500 mg/L of the removal rate is slightly larger than 1 000 mg/L.It states that the effect of ozone oxidation is better when pollutants are in low concentrations.The best processing temperature is 35 ℃.The effect of temperature on direct yellow and direct red is not great,but it dose great influence on acid orange.%通过臭氧氧化法处理酸性橙、直接嫩黄和直接玫红溶液模拟的印染废水,考察了反应时间、温度、pH、浓度等因素对处理效果的影响.结果表明,3种染料都随着pH的增加处理效果越好,在pH=13时,臭氧对酸性橙、直接嫩黄、直接玫红的去除率分别是90.9%,91.1%,89.7%;3种染料在浓度为500mg/L时的去除率都比1000mg/L时候略大,说明在污染物处于低浓度下,臭氧氧化的效果更好;3种染料的最佳处理温度也都在35℃左右,温度对直接嫩黄和直接玫红的影响并不是很大,对酸性橙染料的去除效果影响较大.
