新型环氧沥青增容剂的合成与表征

With ricinoleic acid and epoxy resin was prepared by the reaction of compatibilizer precursor, and half ring oxidation, get the epoxy asphalt extender. The results showed that; in 130 ℃, 50 g xylene, 1.5% catalysts, prepared compatibilizer precursor has good transparency, and medium viscosity. Preparation of compatibilizer for; the most suitable condition of formic acid and hydrogen peroxide ratio was 1 :1, 70 ℃, reaction 30 min.%用蓖麻油酸与环氧树脂反应制备增容剂前驱体,对其半环氧化,得到环氧沥青增容剂.结果表明,在130℃,50 g二甲苯,1.5％催化剂条件下,制得的增容剂前驱体具有较好的透明度,黏度适中.前驱体制备增容剂最适宜的条件为:甲酸与双氧水比例为1∶1,70℃反应30 min.
